Our Story

 At Mint Blankets, we believe the things that surround our children should be as beautiful, comforting, and special as they are.

Founded by Charlotte, North Carolina designer Natalie Wilson, Mint Blankets grew from a lifelong appreciation for exceptional fabrics, thoughtful design, and meticulous craftsmanship. Inspired by her mother’s work as a seamstress and her father’s dedication to his own trade, Natalie learned early that beautiful things are made with precision and an unwavering attention to detail.

With a background in interior design and years of experience creating custom soft furnishings, Natalie developed a discerning eye for luxurious materials and quality construction. That passion eventually led to the creation of our signature Knotty Blankie—a combination of incredibly soft faux fur and silky satin, thoughtfully designed to become a little one’s most treasured comfort.

Today, each Mint Blanket is proudly handmade in Charlotte, North Carolina, where we carefully oversee the details that make our blankets exceptional. From the luxurious feel of our fabrics to the quality of every stitch, we create each blanket with the belief that true luxury is found in the details.
